Boil 3-4 cubed peeled Potatoes in saltWaterDrainIn a seperate panAdd little OilWhole Jeeru (Cumin) seedslittle Mustard seeds3 Curry Leaves½ Chopped OnionSaute till glassyAdd Little crushed garlic1 Full teaspoon Green Chilli PasteTossNow add the drained boiled potato cubes2 tablespoon Milk or Fresh Cream or nestle dessert CreamDash of lemon juice+- 1 tablespoon MayonnaiseToss few minutesGatnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)
