Sweet potatoes1 tin cream style sweet corn1 fresh creamsugar to taste

METHOD

Steam sweet potato, peel and slicelayer in casserole. spread sweet corn. pour fresh cream over. sprinkle sugar. dot with butter. grill in oven until golden. YUMMY!
