Separately warm about 3 tablespoon olive oil. Add 1 full teaspoon garlic and braise till just fragrant. Add 1 red onion cubed and stirfry for a few minutes. Then add 1 green pepper cubed, 9 almonds chopped and stirfry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.Remove from heat.Mix this with the sweet potato. Adjust the salt. Throw some sweet chilli sauce over. Not too much. Throw dhania (coriander) over and toss well. Leave aside to cool to just warm. This will help the flavours to infuse better. Just before serving crumble some feta cheese over.
