Boil 4 potatoes Chop 1 onion Salt Pepper Garlic and herb spice Butter 3 tablespoon flour 3 tablespoon butter milk
Stir fry : 1 chop tomato 1 chop onion 1 /2 chop red or yellow pepper 1 green pepper dew Spring onions ¼ cup corn . Butter Salt and pepper Garlic and herb spice
Boil and mash potatoes . Add all the ingredients to it and mix well . Stir fry : Add all the ingredients to a pan and stir fry for about 5 minutes . Assemble : Add about 50g butter to a pan , melt the butter . Add the mixed mash to the pan and flatten evenly , on medium heat allow the bottom to brown ( about 10 minutes ) , now keep another pan ready about the same size . Add another 50g butter . Place the pan together and flip the tart into the other pan, so now the browned side will be ontop and the other side will be browning for 10 minutes . Before serving add the stir fry on top evenly and serve .
