1 small egg, beaten lightly
½ cup chopped greens (fresh dhania (coriander), mint & spring onions)

1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped (ground,)
2Tblsp Robertson's fish spice
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder (cumin)
½ teaspoon freshly finely ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs as needed
If the mixture is soft add bread crumbs to mix also 2 slices soaked squeezed bread to firm the mixture
Oil for frying
Method
Steam the fish, drain
Add mashed potato, all greens & season to taste
Mix well
Shape portions into cakes (whatever size you desire)
(Dip in egg :optional again if you want
roll in breadcrumbs
Press crumbs onto fish cakes
Place on a greased tray
And bake in oven for 25 minutes at 180*
Remove cool.and freeze
Or you don't bake and chill in fridge to firm up or you can Freeze
When required
Shallow fry until golden brown on all sides when required
Serve with dips and Chips salads etc
My Tip: Fry the first cake, cool and taste if seasoning is to your liking... just make a small one, NO need to egg and crumb.
