INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon b.powder
dhana jeeru (cumin),salt,garlic flakes,
lemon pepper,parsley,chopped dhania (coriander)
2 cups cooked chicken/steak
1 cup milk
2 eggs
half cup oil
METHOD
Whisk eggs,milk and oil.Mix everything
together.Spray and cook muffin pans,pour
into pans.Garnish with cheese and
red/green peppers.Bake 180 for 12-15
minutes,dont overbake.
