Dry ingredients:1 ¾ cups flour¾ cup sugar ¼ teaspoon pink salt¼ teaspoon nutmeg ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon bicarb 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder Wet mix:1 🥚 egg ⅓ cup oil¼ cup sour cream or double thick yoghurt ½ cup milk + 1 tablespoon butter warm in microwave Vanilla extract
Combine above gently. Refrigerate mixture 20 minutes b4 baking. Bake for 20 minutes.
Melt 80g butter 🧈 Set aside. Mix ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon white sugar 2 tablespoon brown sugar When cupcakes come out of oven immediately brush butter and dip in cinnamon sugar mixture Cool on wire rack
