Donuts

INGREDIENTS

4 cups flour
4 ¼ teaspoon yeast
4 tablespoon semi soft ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
½ cup sugar
Warm Milk and water to make a dough.
Let it rise. Roll cut and rise then fry.

METHOD

2 cups milk
2 eggs
¼ cup cornflour
Vanilla
2 tablespoon butter
¼ cup sugar

Boil milk and sugar. Mix together eggs cornflour and little milk and add to milk mixture and boil till thick.
Lastly add butter and vanilla.
