INGREDIENTS
345g cake flour 60g sugar 1 teaspoon. Salt 9g yeast50g soft butter 120ml boiling water 60ml cool milk
FILLING 75g soft butter 2 tablespoon. Cinnamon 65g brown sugar
Glaze 100g icing suagr 1½ tablespoon. Milk½ teaspoon. Vanilla
METHOD
In a bowl add the dry ingredients and mix In a bowl add butter then add hot water and warm milk. milk well and to the dry ingredients and knead till the dough is not sticky. Knead for ±5 to 10 minutes.Add to a bowl and cover and leave In a warm place to. double in size. once double in size roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Filling Mix all ingredients to form a paste
Spread the filling all over the dough and fold into 3 over laping each. Now cut into strips and twist and roll and place in the prepared cupcake or muffins tin.
Bake in a preheat oven at 160°c for 20 minutes.
Glaze Mix all the ingredients
Dip the cinnamon Roll Cups in the Glaze and let it set for few minutes
