Braize1 cinnamon stick, 2 cardomom pods few strands saffron in ghee (Clarified butter). Then add 2 cups taystee wheat/sermolina into pot till golden brown.
Mix the following 1 cup fresh cream or first choice cream 1 tin condensed milk 3eggs 2 cups milk Rose Pink coloring Sugar to sweeten 1-2 teaspoon of rose essence
Add above mixture to braised sermolina & cook on med-low stirring continuously until mixture thickens and well cooked when mixture leaves sides of pot. Scoop Sojee (semolina flour) and serve withs scoops of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle some Dias rose syrup over garnish with sliced almonds.
