INGREDIENTS
125g butter
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 tspns baking powder
250ml fresh cream
1 tin nestle caramel
METHOD
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Grease 2 x round baking trays & keep aside. Add butter and milk in bowl and microwave until butter melts. Keep aside. In a separate dish, add eggs and sugar. Beat well until light and fluffy. Add flour and baking powder and mix well. Add melted butter and milk into flour mixture. Add vanilla. Mix well and pour into the greased baking trays. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until cakes have risen and golden brown in colour. Remove & allow to cool.
Once cooled, whip the fresh cream & keep aside. Mix the caramel treat until smooth & add fresh cream (U don't have to add all - just half of the portion.) Mix together & layer both of the cakes & add one on top of the other. Add the mixture on the top of the cake. I grated Ferrero Rocher chocolate on that top portion of the caramel & the taste is absolutely delicious. Hope u enjoy too!!!
