INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken wings skin on1 heaped teaspoon red masala1 teaspoon ginger and garlic1 tablespoon mochachos mild spice1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt and pepper to taste½ teaspoon garlic powderBlob butter
Sauce :½ cup @jimmyssauces steakhouse sauce2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce2 tablespoon @maggisouthafrica sauce2 tablespoon tomato puree1 tablespoon course red chillie flakes
METHOD
Marinate wings in spice for about 1 and a half hours.Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius Heat butter in a medium pot over high heat.Place wings in the pot cook in butter over high heat 5 minutes on each side.In the meantime prepare sauce by placing all ingredients in a saucepan and give one boil.Baste wings with the sauce on both sides put into a oven proof dish / pot or pyrex leave to cook for 30 minutes, basting wings every 10 minutes.Once cooked through place oven on highest setting and turn griller on baste wings one last time and leave to grill for 10 minutes.Served with remaining sauce & chips on the side. Enjoy
