Peri peri chicken, potato bake & Hawain pasta salad

Peri peri chicken
1 whole chicken cut & washed.
In pot heat 2 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon coarse red chillies, 1⁄2 teaspoon dana, 1⁄2 teaspoon jiro, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder. Add in chicken and cook till almost done. Mix together 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon peri peri sauce, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, thin slice of butter & 1 tablespoon steers prego sauce. Add to chicken and allow to cook. Once it comes to a sizzle switch off & serve.
Peel and slice potatoes and arrange in corningware. Sprinkle Ina Parman potato spice & Robertsons aromatic potato seasoning. Add in 1⁄2 cup milk and steam in micro for about 10 minutues. Then add in 1⁄2 cup cream and mix. Then sprinkle grated cheese. Heat and serve.
Hawain pasta salad
Boil screw noodles till al dente.
Cut pineapple into pieces and add to pasta, add whole kernel corn about 1⁄2 tin, chopped cucumber, julienned carrots, salt and pepper & mayonnaise to taste.
