INGREDIENTS
5/6 potatoes depending on size.A tray Mutton MinceAn array of mixed herbs and spices and chilli A variety of your choice in saucesSpaghetti preferably, as it's not too heavy.Simple BΓ©chamel sauce1 onionA cup of frozen corn.Garlic & gingerSliced Red/Green pepperFresh CorianderCheese of your choice
METHOD
Step 1 : Boil potatoes and mash until it's extremely smooth and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper, add a tablespoon of butter and set aside for later.
Step 2 : Boil your spaghetti and set aside.
Step 3 : Once your Mince is strained and prepared, marinate in the following :* 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce* 1 Tablespoon Mustard sauce * 1 Tablespoon of Garlic * 1 Tablespoon of chilli sauce* 1 Tablespoon of Chilli powder * 1 Teaspoon of turmeric * Chopped coriander Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Step 3 : Dice your onion finely and cook it oil/ghee (Clarified butter). Once caramelised, add a teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste. Add a finely chopped chilli, Sliced red/green pepper and add dry spices. Once it's fragrant, add your Mince and allow it to simmer until cooked.
Step 4 : Assemble Time!Begin with a thin layer of mash at the bottom. Layer all of your Mince. Next layer your spaghetti over the Mince. Then pour your white sauce, coating all of the spaghetti. Finally add the rest of your mash. You can then grate cheese over the mash. Cover with foil and bake at 180Β° for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy! π€
