Pastry Dough 250 g spinach 4 eggs ¾ cup fresh cream 1 ¼ cup milk 2 tablespoon lemon juice 150 g feta 3 tablespoon freshly grated parmeson or mozzerella cheese. salt & pepper to taste
for the pastry cut enough to fit in a round tin covering not only the bottoms but the sides as well , bake for bout 10-15 minutes.
for the filling : drain chopped spinach & squeesh moisture in another tupperware , mix together eggs , milk , cream, lemon juice and salt and pepper . stir in the chopped spinach and feta in the egg mixture ,fill this mixture in the pie crust spinkle the cheese and bake at 180 degrees for atleast 30 minutes
