INGREDIENTS
1 cup Roma tomatoes sliced lengthwise
1 round of fresh feta
1 cup of fresh basil leaves (torn up roughly)
½ red onion chopped
Sprinkle some onion seeds
Basil Vinagerette
Handful of fresh basil leaves finely chopped
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
METHOD
Season with fresh black pepper & flaked sea salt
Sprinkling of sumac
Mix above & pour over salad before serving
Enjoy!
