1 chicken cut into pieces Marinate with: (1 hour)3 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric 2 teaspoon coriander powder 2 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon tandoori masala1 teaspoon Portuguese peri peri spice (optional)2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon chilli sauce Salt to taste
Add butter or oil and ½ glass of water and cook on low heat till done.
METHOD
Mashed potatoes:
4 potatoes Peeled and cut in halves Boil till softMash wellAdd 2-3 tablespoon mayonnaise Dried parsley/coriander Black pepper Salt to taste Mix well (Optional: ¼ cup sweetcorn)
