INGREDIENTS
½ kilo beef liverOlive oil1 onion chopped Green pepper chopped Red pepper chopped 2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon cumin powder 1 tablespoon red chili powder 1 tablespoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon black pepper Salt 1 bay leaf1 tablespoon fenugreek powder 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
METHOD
In a pan add olive oil, onion, peppers and sauté for few minutes.Add the garlic and ginger mixture and sauté for few more minutes.Add the spices , cubed liver and salt.Continue to stir for five minutes and add a cup of water and let it simmer for 10 minutes until it forms a thick gravy...Serve with rice , Roti or couscous and enjoy 😋
INFO & TIPS
You can add any paprika I just prefer smoked one for that Smokey flavor
