INGREDIENTS
8 oz = 250g huth, (dry ginger powder)
8 oz =250g white pepper,
4 oz = 125g taj
4 oz= 125g Elachi (cardomom)
2 jaifal (nutmeg)
10 cloves ,
25g Ganthoda
Handful Jaiwantree (Mace)
METHOD
Mix everything execpt the huth. Place in the oven for 10 minutes and grind the whole ingredients and lastly add the huth. Mix it thoroughly together.
Use as required.
Enjoy!!!!
INFO & TIPS
To make a cuppa, add 1/4-1/2 tsp in your tea.
Add more if u like it stronger, also good for colds
