INGREDIENTS
½ white fish(eg hake)filleted and cut into pieces1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 chopped whole green chili 2 teaspoon chopped up garlic3 tablespoon lemon juice3 tablespoon olive oil 1:4 cup chopped coriander leaves1 stem of Limri (Curry leaves) leaves
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients together.Rub onto the fish,leave to marinate for a few hours.Fry fish for 5 minutes on either side on medium to high heat.
