INGREDIENTS
Liquidise: 1 chopped red onion2 tablespoon fresh ginger 4 cloves garlic Few cloves1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds 1 tablespoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon salt½ cup water2 tablespoon red amli (tamerine) pasteLiquidise and set aside.
METHOD
Braise 2 grated red onions in ghee (Clarified butter). (I omitted the red onions and added ½ cup fried onions). 2 teaspoon mustard seeds Few curry leaves slit chillies. Add in liquidised mixture. Cook on low. Add in 1 cup liquidised tomatoes and ½ tin Tomato puree. Cook 10 minutes on low. Add in 1 tin coconut milk. Cook. Add in fish of choice. Simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped greens.Serve with rice.
