RAJASTHANI MUTTON CURRY & RICE / ROTIS
A thick & luscious gravy. Cooked to perfection with the softest potatoes

Marinate 1 kg mutton pieces washed & drained in:1 cup yoghurt or sour milk 3 liquidised tomatoes 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 tablespoon @purespice_saGinger garlic
Fry ½ kg onions till golden. Addin 2 Taj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns slit chillies star anaise.Add in marinated mutton.Cook abit. Add in 1 cup water.Pressure Cook for 25 minutes. Add in potatoes & ½ cup tomato puree. Pressure Cook for another 15 minutes. Allow steam to release slowly. Garnish with greens. Serve with rice or rotis
