RECIPE
500 g Mince Washed and drainedIn a pot Heat3 tablespoon Oil& 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Add1 medium Sliced BraiseOptional is tuj (cinnamon stick), Elachi (cardomom), little whole Jeeru (Cumin) and 4 whole black Peppercorns
Add Mince 1 teaspoon garlic ginger, salt
Allow it to turn To a almost grey colour Add 1 teaspoon HaldiBraiseAdd 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder, 1&½ teaspoon Dhana jeera BraiseAdd 1 Large Grated Tomato - cook till it's doneAdd a bit of water if need be Adjust SALT and CHILLI TO TASTE This an almost DRY CurrEnjoy with Roti
Tip Optional is to Add Steamed Slices Brinjals or Green Peppers and Peas etc with The Masala spices
