Salt & Pepper Mutton/Chops

Ingredients:
1 kg mutton curry pieces/ loin chops
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 tablespoon brown vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon ginger paste
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Method:
Heat ghee (Clarified butter), braise garlic and ginger for few seconds, add remainder ingredients and mutton.
Mix together well, brown mutton, then add water as needed to cook till tender.
Add fried potatoes pieces to mutton/chops if wish or serve with steamed mixed veg.
