Salt & Pepper Mutton/Chops

Ingredients:1 kg mutton curry pieces/ loin chops1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 teaspoon mustard powder1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon brown vinegar1 teaspoon garlic paste½ teaspoon ginger paste2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Method:Heat ghee (Clarified butter), braise garlic and ginger for few seconds, add remainder ingredients and mutton.Mix together well, brown mutton, then add water as needed to cook till tender.Add fried potatoes pieces to mutton/chops if wish or serve with steamed mixed veg.
