                      1 kg hake +- 2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder¼ tumeric1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon lemon juice+- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic3 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)1 full teaspoon paprika ( for colour)1 tablespoon any fish spiceMake a paste rub on Fish slicesLet it marinate few hoursShallow fry in oil 
For braai (bbq)Place masala  fish pieces on a foil
Grill  in ovenGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)Enjoy with Roti,Chips,salads, (Optional coleslaw .. serve also in tomato gravy chutney style  )
