2 Cups Basmati Rice ½ Green Pepper (chopped) ½ Cup frozen corn Handful of Coconut Flakes Handful of Fried onions 1 teaspoon ground garlic 2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 2 teaspoon Spice for rice or Chicken Spice
-Boil Rice till done. -Rinse ad set aside. -In the same pot, heat some olive oil and put in green peppers, frozen corn and coconut flakes. Saute till soft then add fried onions, garlic, Aromat (a South African Spice) and spice for rice or chicken spice. -Mix in rice till well combined. -Serve with saucy chicken strips or as desired. -Enjoy!
