Savoury rice Cook 2 cups rice with arad (Turmeric) and salt ½ way. Rinse. In a panMelt 100 g butter. Add in1 Chopped onion1 cup Chopped mushrooms1 cup Chopped coloured peppers 1 cup Frozen corn2 Grated carrots2 teaspoon Spice for rice,2 teaspoon peri peri powder, curry leaves, 2 teaspoon garlic flakes. Stir fry above. Add to rice and leave to steam.
