1kg loin chops2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1-2 tablespoon Osman's Bombay Magic Masala Pinch turmeric powder1 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon ground garlic paste1 teaspoon ground ginger paste1 tablespoon brown vinegar1 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon Bbq sauceChopped coriander
METHOD
1. Heat oil in flat based pot.2. Make a paste with the powdered spices, ginger, garlic and vinegar.3. Marinate chops and add to pot, cooking with water as needed till tender.4. Add sauces and cook till thickened. 5. Garnish with chopped coriander.#whenruhanacooks
