3 tablespoon Oats2 tablespoon diced onion1 tablespoon diced tomato1 tablespoon diced green peppers2 medium mushrooms sliced¼ teaspoon crushed garlic¼ teaspoon chilli powder¼ teaspoon dhana jeeraSalt to tastedhania (coriander) for garnish
1. Sautee all the veggies in a little oil2. Add all the spices and braise till fragrant3. Add Oats and cover with water4. When Oats are cooked through add dhania (coriander). Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon
