½ kg Chicken pieces or Chicken Fillet Marinate for a few hours with½ ground cumin½ ground coriander ½ garam masala 1 teaspoon red ginger garlic ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon canola oil ½ teaspoon lemon juice½ teaspoon vinegar 2 tablespoon plain yoghurt ¼ teaspoon green masala½ teaspoon robertsons chicken spice Once marinated, cook chicken in a pot for 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken from the pot, set aside and using the same pot add, ½ cup chicken or vegetable stock, 1 teaspoon Garam Masala2 tablespoon garlic butter1 teaspoon garlic 3 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dhania (coriander)
Cook till sauce gets starts to get thick. Add the chicken back to the pot, then place in the oven to grill till Chicken is cooked through. Garnish with fried onions and fresh dhania (coriander).
