Ingredients: Step 1: •4 large potatoes •1 medium onion •¾ cup jungle oats •1 teaspoon salt •½ teaspoon white pepper •½ teaspoon ground green chillies •pinch turmeric
Step 2: •1 small onion (thinly sliced) •500g chicken fillet (cubed) •½ cup frozen mixed veg or sweetcorn •1 teaspoon salt •½ teaspoon white pepper •1 teaspoon ground green chillies •pinch ground garlic •250ml fresh cream •fresh dhania (coriander) (chopped)
1. Boil step 1's ingredients, cool and liquidize. 2. Braise onion in a little ghee (Clarified butter), then add chicken, chillies, garlic and spices. 3. Braise until chicken is sealed, then add veggies and cook until no liquid remains. 4. Then add liquidized mixture and boil together. 5. Add in fresh cream and bring to boil and allow to thicken. 6. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and cracked black pepper.
