Strawberry layer :500 ml milk1 ½ teaspoon ghas powderStrawberry milkshake syrup1 teaspoon strawberry essence1-2 drops pink gel color2 tablespoon condensed milk½ cup fresh cream
In a pot heat milk and ghas powder.Add about ¼ cup strawberry syrup (depending on taste, if too concentrated add little less) essence and col. Bring to boil. Remove from heat add condensed milk and cream.Pour into mini silicon mould or desired bowlAllow to set.
Cream layer :500 ml milk1 ½ teaspoon ghas powder½ tin condensed milk½ cup cream.
Heat milk and ghas powder bring to boil. Remove from heat add condensed milk and cream. Gently pour over the set strawberry layer.
INFO & TIPS
Note : I used kulfi strawberry syrup therfore I added the color. You may not need to add color depending on the brand you use.
