Inspired by Various recipes
½ Butternut cut in cubes boiled with little water and liquidised½ cup jungle Oats soaked ½ can Creamstyle corn½ grated carrot½ packet thick white vegetable soup powder mixed with litttle water to make a paste1 cup milk+- 1 & ½ cups of water Keep the ingredients marked with asterix* for last ¼ can Coconut Milk/cream ½ cup fresh cream
In a pot add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) little less than 2 tablespoon oil½ finely sliced onion2 torn up dry red chillies½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)tuj (cinnamon stick) ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon crushed garlicSAUTE keep Onion glassyAdd2 cut up cubed small chicken filletsToss till the chicken turns whitishAdd1 teaspoon lemon juice1 heaped teaspoon dhana jeera mix 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper+- ½ teaspoon sugar½ teaspoon white pepper or black pepper1 heaped teaspoon green chilli pasteAnd little Aromat (a South African Spice) Cook for 5 minutesAdd the carrots, corn, butternut, milk, water, soup with with soaked OatsCook till all well done and chicken softAdd more liquid if u prefer either using more milk or waterAdd little mixed herbs Little Chopped up garlic chives or shallotBring to boil to a nice soup Now add ¼ cup coconut milk/or coconut cream ½ cup fresh creamNOW Add Salt and adjust the chilli tasteCook few minutes Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with toast or croutonsEnjoy
