MASALA STEAK : 1 kg rump/topside steak cut into big pieces 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon red chili paste 3 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon gorimas orange pepper spice 1 tablespoon gorimas steak and chops spice crushed red chilis 2 tablespoon steers peri sauce2 tablespoon tomato sauce you can add any sauces marinade over night . Crumbed Mushrooms :1 punnet mushrooms cleaned 1 egg ¼ cup milk salt crushed black pepper parsley flour corn flake crumbs PITA POCKETS :RECIPE BY @Ayesha_tutla2 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt4 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon yeast 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) half a beaten egg warm water and milk mixture.Bind into soft and pliable dough.let this rise , till double it size.make 8 balls and roll not so thin. let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes and cook like naan on a tawa on medium heat . ONIONS:chop 1 onion sprinkle some salt sprinkle some brown sugar add some butter / I used coconut oil sauce :@Nola ultra creamy mayo sweet chili sauce mix together
STEAK :Marinade and cook steak until tender. CRUMBED MUSHROOMS:whisk egg, milk and spices together , dip each mushroom in egg mixture, then flour , the egg mixture and lastly place add corn flake crumbs to a packet add the mushroom and shake it till all mushrooms coated nicely.deep fry them ( I air fried the mushrooms this time , added 1 tablespoon coconut oil ) you can do this in advance leave them in the bag and fry just before you eat ONIONS:Place onions in a glass bowl with butter salt and sugar and microwave for 5 to 7 minutes .worked very well .mostly I fry in pan but this was yummy .
