INGREDIENTS
I used 1 kilo rump cut into thin strips Marinade in :
1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 full teaspoon red chili paste 2 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon gori Mas steak and chops spice ( if u dnt have use Robertson spices )1 tablespoon gorima bbq spice ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper 2 tablespoon Worcester sauce spices are salty , taste and then add as needed
1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 1 onion All sliced
Chopped dhania (coriander) for garnish
Sauce : 2 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon MR mans prego sauce 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
METHOD
Marinade steak overnight preferable so flavors sink in nicely . If not then Atleast 2 hours .
Add some butter and oil to a pot or pan add the marinated steak and cook on medium to low heat until most of the water is burnt out , now add some water about 1 to 2 cups and cook on slow until the steak is nice and tender . Just before the last amount of water in burnt out add the peppers and onion and allow this to cook for 10 minutes . In a bowl mix all the sauces together and add This to the steak and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
Garnish with dhania (coriander) Serve with wedges
