Boil 2 cups rice with red orange color and salt. Drain and keep aside.
Boil 1 cup egg noodles. Drain and keep aside. Now take 3 chicken fillets. Cut into cubed. Wash and drain nycly. Now add in chicken 1 teaspoon paprika salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste 1-egg 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder and 1⁄4 cup cornflour mix all together and keep for 25-30 minutues. Now fry in hot oil. and keep aside. Cut your Choice of veg and keep aside. I used cabbage,carrots,green pepper,spring onions,green chilies and red onion sliced.
Now take 3-4 tablespoon oil in wok. Add 3 egg whites and freshly crushed garlic. Mix well and add all veg salt and fried chicken pieces. Mix together then add soya sauce, chili sauce,1/2 teaspoon red chili 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/2 teaspoon paprika and salt to taste keep stirring and add boiled rice and egg noodles now mix well and lastly add chopped coriander.
