INGREDIENTS
6x Pieces Chicken Fillets2x Onions, chopped2x Stick Cinnamon2x Cardomon Sticks¼ Tomato(grated)..1x teaspoon Tumeric powder1 /2 teaspoon Jiera Powder1x teaspoon Masala Powder½ teaspoon Chillie powderSalt to taste2x Green Chillies(optional)1x teaspoon Garlic paste¼ teaspoon Sugar¼ Cup Fresh Danya , chopped...OilServed with Naan or Roti, White Rice & Garlic Rosemary Potatoes & Mixed Salad
METHOD
                      Braise the onions, garlic, stick cinnamon & cardomon for a few minutes in the oil...Then add in  all your spices & cook for 2 minutes.Add in your wash & clean  chicken fillets , and cook until thick on medium heat flame.Thenyou can add in your chillies & grated tomato  lastly & cook  for another  5 minutes...Sprinkle some chopped danya & serve warm

Add in carrots sliced or butternut cubed to your dish to give it nice thick & creamy twist flavor instead & by leaving the chicken out of the recipe!
