RECIPE

Marinate fresh hake fish in:3 tablespoon melted butter 2 tablespoon garlic Fish spiceLemon pepper Green masala Leave to marinate for few hours. Grill untill done
Sauce:2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon garlic 3 tablespoon mayonnaise 3 tablespoon nandos bushveld sauce1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce Bring to a boil and pour over grilled fish & pop under hot grill just until sauce bubbles. Sprinkle with dried parsley.
I served with crispy wedges, crumbed mushrooms and a fresh green salad.
