Take 1 kg fish wash and drain.
Then first merinate with lemon juice salt and turmeric.
Leave aside for 10-15 minutes.
Now second merinate with
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon jeera powder
2 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic salt to taste mix all and rub on fish keep in fridge for 1⁄2-1 hours.
Now fry in 4-5 tablespoon oil on medium heat till fish cook and masala going to light brown.
Sprinkles chopped coriander and more lemon juice serve hot with roti or naan........🎣🎣🎣
