INGREDIENTS
1 onion finely chopped
Small cut pieces of mutton ( 10 small pieces )
Whole spices ( cinnamon stick , Elachi (cardomom) , cumin , cardamom )
1 teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 tomatoe
1 sachet tomato paste
1 potatoes cut into 4
1 teaspoon dhana powder
½ teaspoon jeera powder
¼ teaspoon Gharam masala
Salt
Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Red chilli powder
dhania (coriander) to garnish
1 loaf un sliced bread
Grate 1 carrot , chop 1 green chilli , add vinegar and ½ teaspoon salt . Serve bunny chow with this
METHOD
Cook the mutton in a pressure cooker with water
In a pot add oil whole spices and onions and braise until onions are soft , now add the ginger garlic and red masalas and braise until you can smell the masalas , add the potatoes ,now add in the cooked pieces on the mutton along with the remaining spices , allow to cook for awhile until water burns out if the potatoes are not yet cooked , add little more water , now add the grated tomato and the tomato paste and cook until water burns out , add little lemon juice and garnish with dhania (coriander).
Cut the loaf into quarters from both sides or cut the loaf into 2 halve , cut out the inside on the bread and add the cooked mutton inside , garnish with dhania (coriander) and serve with the carrots
