INGREDIENTS
1 kg mutton of your choice-curry piecesMarinate in the following.2 tablespoon ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon haldi1 teaspoon fine jeera2 teaspoon coarse dhana1 teaspoon fine chillies1 teaspoon coarse chilliesJuice of 1 lemon
METHOD
Leave overnight - preferably.Slice 2 onions add oil braize until light brown add 1 teaspoon whole jeerafew peppercorns, 1 stick cinnamon2 Elachi (cardomom) pods..add meat and cook until tender about 30 minutes.Add in 2 grated tomatoes Then add veggies of your choice.I added ΒΌ cabbage sliced up, 10 mini carrots 2 sweetcorn cobs cut in 3s. Cook until veg is done add potatoes and cook until soft..you should have an assortment of tender veg and soft meat..Add in whole chillies and garnish with coriander.Serve with hot crispy bread or fluffy rotisEnjoyπ
