4 tablespoon Oil or ghee (Clarified butter) 2 medium Onion chopped 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 2 cinnamon sticks 4 whole black peper corn 2-3:Elachi (cardomom) pods or crushed 2-3 whole green chilli Few curry leaves Braise till onion golden brown Add 1 kg cut up mutton or beef Braise add water to soften meats Now add 1 tablespoon salt 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli +- 1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder 3 teaspoon dhana jeera pwdr ½ teaspoon tumeric 1 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Braise for 15 minutes add 2 -3 Tomatoes grated 2 tablespoon tomato puree Cook till well blended Add water till meats are soften Add
DO IN MiCROWAVE POTATOES 5 medium Potatoes peeled and cut in halves sprinkle chilli powder and little salt over with 1Tblsp oil Steam 10-15 minutes keep aside When meats are soft add the potatoes Add water ( 1 tablespoon brown onion soup mix or knorrox mutton cube for a thick gravy optional ) Till curry is done and your gravy is thick enough to your Preference Serve with rice BASMATI RICE METHOD Wash 2 cups rice well Bring 4-5 cups of water to boil Add 1 tablespoon salt ½ teaspoon vinegar 1 teaspoon oil Now add the washed rice Cook till done ..grainy but soft Drain well by rince with cold water Transfer into a casserole Add wagaar onion Jeeru (Cumin) over Or Serve with Rotis or rolls or naan With onion and tomato sambals Enjoy
