Chicken on puri savoury

ChickenCube chicken fillets and cook with1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon jiro(cumin powder) ½ teaspoon Dana(coriander powder) 2 teaspoons green masala2 tablespoons lemon juice ½ teaspoon crushed garlic.Cook with butter till done. Set aside.
Once chicken cools slightly add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise & 1 tablespoon jalapeño sauce.
Grate potatoes and fry. Season with salt and red chilli powder.
Make puris and fry.
When ready to serve put chicken on puri, grated fried potato and in a frying pan fry some rai and sesame seeds with a little salt & chilli 🌶 powder. Drizzle over grated fried potato and serve immediately.
Puri recipe2 cups cake flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons oilMix all ingredients
Approximately 1 cup buttermilk
Make dough with buttermilk.
Deep fry puris in hot oil.
