Recipe credit: Cooking Food with Flair(I changed the method a bit) 🙈
1 chicken /1 kg chicken fillets
1 large onion
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup fresh cream
½ cup tomato puree
2 teaspoon crushed red chillies
2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
Marinate chicken in yoghurt & ginger garlic overnight.Braise onions in ghee (Clarified butter).Add in chicken.Once chicken is cooked add in the rest of the spices.Lastly add in your tomato purée.Before serving re heat & add in fresh cream and simmer for 10-15min
