I marinate my chickn in red / green masala salt crushed garlic tumeric ground dhania (coriander) /Jeeru (Cumin) and a little yoghurt lrmon juice red chillie powder.I makeva onion vagaar in ghee (Clarified butter) taj lavang Elachi (cardomom) and a few green full chillies when golden brown I add marinated chickn chopped tomato and any indian vege u wish.I used toowar papri hektahing (drumsticks)cook on low heat I added small potatos and that cooked well.if potato is little hard add ¼ cuo water.and cook till done.garnish spring onions fresh dhania (coriander) enjoy remember me in your duas
