Boil 3 cups rice Β½ way. Drain set aside.Fry 6 potatoes ΒΌed and set aside. Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) Add in 1 kg chicken pieces 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red β₯οΈ masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa biryani masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli paste 2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry blend powder3 tablespoon Lemon π juice 1 cup sour milk Saffron essence 1 cup liquidised tomatoes π

Add in 2 cups mixed Veggies Cool mixture. Add potatoes top with riceSprinkle fried onions and dhania (coriander) Few blobs of ghee (Clarified butter)Cover with foilSteam in oven for 40 minutes.Serve with dahy and salad π₯
