INGREDIENTS
1/4c oil (I used a couple tablespoons oh ghee (Clarified butter))1 Cup steak or chicken cut into julienne strips (I used steak)1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt½ cabbage shredded1&1/2 Cup carrots julienned 2 onions sliced fine1 green pepper julienned 4 small tomatoes cubed1/2 Cup soy sauce1/4c steers peri peri sauce*1/4c steers BBQ sauce*1/2 Cup spring onions chopped1/2 Cup dhania (coriander) chopped
METHOD
Heat oil or ghee (Clarified butter) in a large pan or wokAdd steak with chilli garlic paste, salt amd lemon and stir fry a bit..Add in veggies in the order given and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes before adding the next one to the panCombine the sauces and add to the stir fryGarnish with spring onion and green dhania (coriander)Serve with pita, wraps, pasta or bread rolls
INFO & TIPS
I've adjusted the seasoning as I went along
Adding in salt, ground pepper, steak rub spice, kashmiri chillies and all grind spice.
For the chilli garlic paste I used ginger garlic paste (plain) and added kashmiri chillies
Also added in some sliced mushrooms had on hand
Served mine with mini pita bread
