Rainbow Stir Fry (Serves 2-4)

Ingredients: 2 red peppers julienned 3 carrots cut in batons 1 tray baby corn sliced in halves 1 tray baby marrows sliced in rounds 1 red onion sliced 1⁄2 head red lettuce shredded Noodles Robertsons veggie spice Peppadew spice Garlic salt
Soy sauce Sesame seeds
Saute onion for 2min. Add all veg with spices to taste and cook till aldente. Boil noodles. Add with sesame seeds and soy sauce to taste and mix in. Heat together and serve.
I added strips of cooked steak in it and french green beans too.
