2 large eggs125ml sugar250ml milk30ml oil or butter500ml cake flour20ml belong powderCinnamon sugar/ maple syrup to serve.
Beat eggs and sugar light.Add 125ml milk and the oil/ butter and mix.Sift dry ingredients and stir in. Add remaining milk. Make a smooth batter. Grease pan and drop spoonfuls of batter. When bubbles appear turn over. Cook golden brown and serve warm.
