1 kg fillets cut in ½ lengthwise Marinate in:Juice if 1 lemon 🍋 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa Red chilli paste1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala Salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek) ½ cup sour milk 1 teaspoon black pepper
METHOD
Drizzle oil. Bake till done.Serve with lemon 🍋 wedges.I served it with fried potatoes & cheese sauce
